About The Program
The Monotheistic & Holistic Values for Personal Excellence & Well-Being program guides tertiary students through a transformative exploration of values that are shared across Islam, Christianity, and Judaism. Drawing on the common ethical and spiritual wisdom of these faiths, the program emphasizes the practical application of core values — such as faith, gratitude, perseverance, compassion, and integrity — in everyday life. Students learn how these timeless principles can serve as a foundation for personal growth, ethical decision-making, and meaningful engagement with the world.
Through reflective exercises and real-world applications, participants are encouraged to connect with values in a way that is inclusive, interfaith, and universally relevant. This program empowers students to translate these monotheistic and holistic values into actionable habits and behaviours, helping them develop resilience, purpose, and a balanced, values-driven approach to study, relationships, and life challenges.
