Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, you’ll explore what helps people truly thrive and how to apply these tools to your own life. This course blends psychology, reflection, and wellbeing strategies to help you understand yourself better, boost resilience, and grow into your best self — not just for uni, but for life.
Multi-faith perspective: this program also incorporates wisdom and insights from core values and teachings of monotheistic faiths—highlighting spiritual principles such gratitude, patience, mindfulness, hope, and ethical living to support holistic wellbeing.
