The Time Mastery & Goal Alignment program empowers tertiary students to take control of their schedules and align daily actions with their long-term aspirations. Participants learn to prioritise tasks, create effective routines, and make deliberate choices that support meaningful progress in study, work, and personal development.
Through practical exercises, students discover how to reduce wasted time, manage competing responsibilities, and maintain a healthy balance between academic and personal life. By mastering their time, participants gain a sense of control, reduce stress, and create the conditions for sustained achievement and personal fulfilment.
